How do we get a refund???? Ticketmaster will not refund. They say they haven’t received word from the Beaumont.

I second Holly’s statement.  Ticketmaster is saying the show still happend.  How do we get out refund?

Ticket master is not refunding tickets!!  Why offer information at the door on how to get a refund and it have it be useless?

Call Ticketmaster`s National Customers Service number at 800-653-8000.  Have your order number and personal information avalable.  THEY ARE ISSUING REFUNDS!! : )

Hi, I had a question about another possible cancellation.  I got a flier in Lawrence the other day that had 2 concerts listed that I absolutely want to see. The first is on 6/9 with 3EB and Good Charlotte, and the next, 7/3 with the Offspring and 311.  Are these no longer coming either?  Thanks~

Called Ticketmaster and have yet to hear back from them on a refund.  This is beyond ridiculous.  The Beaumont is great venue, but y’all seriously need to cut ties with Ticketmaster.  They’re nothing but greedy corporate scam artists.  Everyone should boycott Ticketmaster.

Called the National number- they said to mail the un-used tickets and THEN they will refund. Call to get instructions!!

Yeah, and the problem is the Beaumont has my unused tickets in their possession.

I’d love to bash TicketMaster as much as anyone, but I think it depends on who answers the phone.  I just got a refund - the person that helped me had to call the Beaumont (I assume to make sure I didn’t actually pick up my tix) and that took some time.  But he got it done.

Well, the girl I spoke with did the same damn thing, and the Beaumont was telling her, “We’re working to resolve this issue.” 

It’s cool though.  The credit card company is about to resolve this issue for me anyway, so I’m not sweating it.  Sucks for Ticketmaster.

I just got off the phone with ticketmaster. They said they are still trying to work it all out with the clint rep for the Beaumont Club. He said hoepfully I will hear something from them, if not to call back in a week.

Is there any chance CCR is going to reschedule soon?

Ticketmaster told me that I need to contact Aleesha Jones @ Beaumont to get my ticket and then send the ticket in to ticketmaster. THIS IS CRAZY. Sucks for Beaumont Club and Ticketmaster in my book since NEITHER of you seem to have any straight or simple answers. I should have been refunded on SATURDAY. Ticketmaster told me on Monday that the money would automatically show back up on my CC withing 3-5 days. Now the story is different. It’s almost a week later and I’m still at no resolution. CALL ME BACK Aleesha so I can get my money back. Please & Thank you.

Misty, just do like I did and call the CC company.  They’ll take care of it.  Just tell them what happened; they’ll investigate it; and you’ll get your money back.
