Andrea, at every Jack’s Mannequin show I’ve been to, Andrew has always signed autographs for EVERYONE…He’s the coolest guy ever!! Just look for the crowd after the show

doors open at 7. which sucks because it is going to be cold waiting in that line… how early is everyone getting there?

So my brother, friends and I are waiting in line at the front door under the awning and are in the top 15 people in line (we had been waiting in line for around 4 hours). About an hour before doors open we notice another line beginning to form over by the wooden fence. Soon after, a worker comes out of the front door and informs us that we are supposed to enter through the wooden gate, a scramble ensued, and left us as probably the 50th - 55th people in line and robbed us of front row seats and autographed posters. The show was unbelievable and the second row was fine with me. However, the ignorance of the employees to see a line of people forming 5 hours before showtime and simply letting them know they are supposed to line up at the other door is absurd.
We apologize for the confusion. We had signs up where the line starts for a sold out show like that. Sometimes there is confusion with shows of that size. We apologize and hope you had a great time at the event regardless.
